All payments must be made in
full at least 10 days before the day of the event.
Payments can be made by check
or money order made payable to “Adventa Job and Career Expo Inc.”. The

Cancellations can only be
done at least 60 days before the scheduled day of the event. In the event of a
cancellation upon the request of the exhibitor, a penalty of $250.00 will be
charged to exhibitors. Total amount of the contract will be requested if a
request is not made before the aforementioned period. Organizers also reserve
the right to cancel the Rental Agreement.
The exhibitor package
includes: pipe and drape set-up, draped 6’ table, two chairs, and a waste paper
basket. Event organizers request the exhibitors’ full cooperation in beginning
the event on time. Set-up for the event can begin as early as 7:30 a.m. and
shall be complete before 10:00 a.m., official door opening time. Please contact
a member of our staff for any additional needs that you may have.
Event organizers will ensure
the smooth operation of the event and will take all the necessary precautions to
make the show a comfortable and memorable experience. The event will have the
services of professional security personnel.
Subletting of the assigned
booths is strictly prohibited. Each exhibitor is limited to not more than four
representatives. Should you expect to have more, please arrange extra exhibitor
space at an additional cost.
Organizers request your cooperation in making this event a useful and successful
one to the last minute. Exhibitors may begin to dismantle their displays at 5:00
pm on the day of the show and complete disassembling by 7:00 pm. Out of
consideration for other exhibitors and attendees, the exhibitors are obliged to
refrain from tearing down their booths or packing up supplies prior to 5:00 pm.
Please note that $100 fine will be charged to those exhibitors dismantling
before 5:00 pm.
